AspireToBeGreat Inc. is a Canadian-based, Black-led registered non-profit.  We are committed to alleviating poverty, advancing education and economic sustainability in underrepresented and racialized communities.

Our mission is centered around empowering businesses and non-profit organizations through extensive capacity-building support. This support encompasses a range of services, including project management, administrative support, operations assistance, and educational programming, all designed to elevate these organizations' sustainability and impact.  Our services directly contribute to economic empowerment by fostering entrepreneurial skills, organizational efficiency, and sustainability.

Our organization prioritizes Black entrepreneurs, Black-led organizations, and those serving underrepresented and racialized communities.  We aim to offer dedicated program streams to meet the specific needs of Black-led entrepreneurs and organizations, with distinct programs specifically designed for women, young entrepreneurs, and the 2SLGBTQI+ community.  Recognizing the historical and systemic barriers faced by these communities, our approach is tailored to address their unique operating challenges and needs.

Through our charitable activities, we strive to equip businesses and other non-profits with the necessary capacity, tools, and resources for sustained growth. This commitment not only fosters immediate organizational development but also drives long-term, sustainable development within the communities we serve, echoing our commitment to creating lasting economic and educational upliftment.
